Sébastien Tassart joins the Southgate team as our first sales executive permanently located in mainland Europe. From his home in northern France he will continue to support and expand our network of distributors in Central, Southern and Eastern Europe from Benelux to Turkey.
Sébastien joins us with over fifteen years of sales experience in various sectors, operating in roles ranging from key account manager to service analyst.
He is a keen sportsman and a former professional volleyball player. He also enjoys skiing and sailing, with dreams of one day having his own yacht. In the meantime, his interests also include cooking, reading and yoga.

Ten years after Southgate Packaging acquired Oxfordshire-based Adpac, the two have been merged into a single name – Southgate® – which is a registered trademark of Southgate Packaging Ltd and is now its sole trading identity.
The decision to merge the two names was taken at the time that Adpac was purchased, and a transitional period to ensure continuity of the Adpac brand heritage and enable full integration of product lines and product brands was agreed.
This development will further streamline our marketing and operational activities, and improve the efficiency of our service to you. We will also become a stronger negotiator in global procurement, with a strong and unified brand opening more opportunities to expand our product range and buy more effectively.
All distributors still enjoy the same personal service excellence, technical and sales support and agreed prices from their same account managers, but under a vibrant new name.
Head Office Refurbishment

After three months of operating from temporary accommodation we have moved back into our refurbished head office, and once you’ve stepped through the door it’s hard to recognise it as the same place.
The new layout of the first-floor office area provides a state of the art, adaptive office environment with a variety of open plan, meeting room, work pod and breakout areas for more effective individual and team working. On the ground floor a large, open plan dining and breakout area is a relaxing place where staff can enjoy free hot and cold meals, work out with table tennis, meet for coffee and hold larger team events.
We strongly believe that providing first-class work and relaxation facilities pays dividends in terms of staff wellbeing and productivity, which in turn create customer service excellence.
